We offer returns on all orders that comply with our terms and conditions.
You have 7 days to return the item after receiving it. Please contact our customer service prior initiating the return.
The item must be in its original packaging, unwashed, unworn, and free from any tears, defects, or stains.
Returns will not be accepted for items with embroidery. We do not process return requests for embroidered orders.
Returns are accepted only for ready stock designs or standard items. Custom orders, including specific sizes, designs, or colors, are not eligible for return.
Return costs, such as postage fees, will be the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to a manufacturing defect, IR Apparel will cover the expenses.
